Customized Feeding Therapy in Orange County, California

Good Faith Estimate

As of January 1, 2022, all clients who are uninsured or choosing to self-pay for services have the right to a Good Faith Estimate prior to beginning care. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act and provides a general overview of the costs you can expect throughout your course of care.

Because Balanced Bites OT is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance, a Good Faith Estimate can be provided before your first appointment.

Your estimate will include:

  • The cost of your initial evaluation

  • Expected costs for ongoing therapy sessions

  • Any additional fees that may apply (such as travel fees)

You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before your first appointment. If your final bill is $400 or more above your estimate, you may be eligible for the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
